Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for our business networking solution. This person will act as the bridge between product management, sales, and marketing to ensure that our products are successfully positioned and communicated to our target audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing messaging and plans that drive demand, increase market penetration, and solidify our brand's competitive positioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Direct comprehensive market research initiatives, conduct competitive analysis, and lead sophisticated customer segmentation efforts to inform product positioning, refine go-to-market strategies, and maximize brand relevance across key target audiences.

  • Create and evolve product positioning and messaging from product packaging, sales presentations to online content, telling a compelling, consistent story.

  • Execute the Go-To-Market launches for new solutions, products, and feature releases.

  • Act as a product marketing advisor in internal and external product communications, including training, sales pitches, industry shows, media conferences, and influencer collaborations.

  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing colleagues to develop relevant collateral to support all types of solutions and product selling processes.

  • Serve as the key product marketing and messaging strategist, collaborating with senior product management and sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with product roadmap milestones and major launches while optimizing the overall customer journey.

  • Cultivate and nurture high-level relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to enhance marketing reach, accelerate go-to-market efforts, and achieve business objectives through innovation and collaboration.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving landscape of growth marketing.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred, particularly with a focus on marketing strategy or product management.

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, with a proven track record in the business networking or related industry.

  • Extensive experience and understanding of the business networking industry, with a strong grasp of solution applications and key industry pain points.

  • Deep understanding of the target audience, including partners and customers, with proven success in crafting impactful messaging tailored to the right audience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in product presentations, solution video showcases, product training, and industry interviews.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple high-priority projects while maintaining a strong focus on results and quality.
